Account deletion request
You can ask us to delete your GetWudd account and personal data at any time.
What happens when you request deletion?
- Your account is closed and your personal data is removed.
- Gifts you received but have not used will be forfeited.
- Gifts you sent to others stay valid for them.
- Some records, such as transactions, are kept as required by Qatari law.
We confirm your request within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days. You can also delete your account in the app under Settings › Delete account.
